SUMMARY:Block Practice at the HAC
DESCRIPTION:This is our chance to dive off of the Huntsville Aquatic Center’s starting blocks in preparation for the meet.  We’ve worked hard all year\, and really focused on starts in the final week.  Please make it to block practice so we can get tuned up on the racing blocks that we’ll be using for competition over the weekend!  For swimmers who are new to RCSL this season\, this is a great opportunity to “get your feet wet” in the competition pool before the weekend’s big races. \nPlease arrive 10 minutes early so we can be ready to go as a team when it’s our turn for practice.

SUMMARY:City Championship Meet
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the craziest\, most exciting meet in the history of swimming!  Review the entry list and make sure that if you signed up\, you’re on the list.  For City Meet\, we can only field one relay team per relay event\, and three swimmers per individual event (with the exception of exhibition freestyle)  So there are fewer opportunities available compared to a dual meet.  During dual meets\, the coaches will spread around entries and give swimmers opportunities to swim different things.  For the Championship meet\, spots are earned based on best times from the dual meets (or time trials).  Earning a spot swimming for points at the Championship meet is a great achievement\, and congratulations to all of our swimmers for a great dual meet season! \nHEAT SHEET\n  \nENTRIES\n\nORDER OF EVENTS\nBlock Practice is Friday from 1100-1155.  See the Block Practice event for more information!\nTENT LAYOUT\n  \nWARMUP LANE ASSIGNMENTS\nSherwood warmup times: \n\nSat AM 07:45-08:15\nSat PM 12:15-12:45\nSun AM 07:15-07:45\nSun PM 11:45-12:15\n\nStay tuned for the Sherwood-specific Heat Sheet!
