SUMMARY:Stroke Clinic - Short Axis Strokes
DESCRIPTION:What are short axis strokes?  Breaststroke and Butterfly!  Swimmers\, get ready to move those hips while we learn the rhythms of breaststroke and butterfly.  These are typically the two hardest strokes to master\, but in one coach’s opinion\, the most rewarding to compete in. \nFun fact: the breaststroke is one of the oldest know swimming strokes\, but the butterfly is relatively new and has only been a recognized stroke since 1952.  In fact\, the butterfly was invented as a way to swim breaststroke faster! \nSession 1 is for Lemon\, Leopard\, and Hammerhead sharks\, and Session 2 is for Tiger\, Great White\, and Mako sharks. \nClick here for Session 1  signup!\nClick here for Session 2 signup!
